~PD Trip~

Last 17 December 2009 was my mum and dad's 31st Anniversary

we went for our family gathering as well as celebrating it in Port Dickson

due to some reasons, kak yong and family didn't manage to join us

so we stayed there just for two days instead of three days according to the actual plan.

here are some pictures while we were there =)

*Day 1*

we arrived there quite late in the evening, so the apartment that we've booked at Mayang Sari had been given to other people.

and after about two hours searching for a place to stay, we finally got two rooms in a hotel

ready to go out for dinner!

as usual, I won't take lots of pictures while eating since I'm more interested with the food :P

*Day 2*

early in the morning, after having breakfast, we went to play at the beach

but it was just for a while since it started to rain heavily after that :(

so, just spent our time in the hotel playing games together

then, ready to check out

and started our journey back to KL :)

although it was just a very short trip

yet, was still fun since my family was around

wish to go there again and spend more time playing by the seaside!

~Vacation in Thailand~

Last weekend, my family and I went for a holiday in Thailand.

We managed to visit Hat Yai and Songkhla.

What a wonderful trip we had!

We enjoyed eating, shopping and visiting places :)

On our way to Hat Yai, we stopped at Danok.

As we went there by our own car, we need to stop at Danok to get the immigration and transport paper works done. It's because Danok is a small town bordering with Malaysia.

Continued our journey to Hat Yai after having lunch. We arrived the destination after one hour drive.

It's time to check in at the hotel

Cik On (my uncle) and Pak Mat (the tourist guide)

After checking in, we all went out again, and of course, we searched for food!
as we didn't have our dinner yet.

People call this vehicle as "tut tut".
Ini adalah "tut tut" Pak Mat.
All the time in Hat Yai, we moved around the city bersama "tut tut" ni lah.
I think it's difficult for us to drive our own car since we all tak biasa dengan jalan-jalan di situ.

Ini pulak adalah teh tarik. menarik kan? teh tarik tiga tingkat ni sedap =)
We all sanggup tunggu till 1.30am for this teh tarik.

The next day, after taking our breakfast, kami jalan-jalan lagi di Hat Yai until afternoon.

We then continued our journey to Songkhla.

This was the place where we had our lunch. There's a lot of seafood restaurants there. Tapi dengan bantuan Pak Mat, kami berpeluang lah makan di resturant yang sedap. Hehehe.
I was very hungry during that time till I forgot to snap even one picture of the food we ate :(

Went to Tung Kuan Hill Lift Station. Tempat to macam lookout point since kita boleh view seluruh Hat Yai form the top of the hill. Yang menariknya, kita boleh naik hill tu dengan lift.

We then moved on to Songkhla Aquarium. As we were running out of time, we didn't have time to take pictures at Samila Beach as we just stopped for a while to buy some food.

AidilAdha Celebration.
This time in Malaysia, with my beloved family.
Yeay! :P

As usual, Eid day started early in the morning.
Went for special Eid morning prayer with Mama.
Thank you Allah, for giving me the chance to shake my mum's hand, kiss and hug her again.

Went to Pantai Merdeka as my niece and nephew kept begging us to bring them to the seaside.

managed to snap a picture with this big boy while waiting for tok mama to get ready

we played kites. fun and enjoyable since it was my first time playing the kites

collecting sea shells
