HAPPY 52nd INDEPENDENCE DAY MALAYSIA!

~Ramadhan and My 21st Birthday~

Today marks the significant day in my life. It’s my 21st birthday and it’s Ramadhan again! I’m lucky since I have the opportunity to celebrate my birthday and at the same time celebrating the 1st Ramadhan.

My housemates have made my day extra special by organising a surprise birthday celebration! They bought me a delicious cake with the flaming candle on it. And also gave me a cute birthday card =) Thank u so much Sheha, Aliaa, Erma and Hanis. Really happy with the surprise. Love you guys so much and always!

In spite of the birthday party, I would like to extend my appreciation to my beloved family for the wishes (mama, kak reyna, kak doa, kak yong, acu, mak ana and etc.) Thanks to my little princess and prince, Inas and Izaz for singing me the birthday song. Hehe. Chu Jijie always miss and love Kakak and Adik tau. Besides, I also would like to thank Uncle and Aunty for the birthday card. To my dear Khirol, thanks for the special present and lovely birthday card. Thank you very much for everything Dear. How I really wish that we could celebrate this special day together with our family =(

Also, special thanks to friends who wished me through SMS, Facebook and Friendster. Only God knows how I appreciate it! Although this is my first time celebrating my birthday and Ramadhan by being so far far away from my family and loved one, I’m really grateful as I have people who make me happy and always put smiles on my face. Thanks you very much to all my dear friends for being so kind to me and for making my day extra extra special!

~School Visit~

First school visit for Tesol Methodology 1 Unit,

Ironside State Primary School, St. Lucia, Brisbane

~Kekasih Semalam Theatre~

MASCA QLD and QUT MYSA had collaborated to organise a “Queensland Merdeka Theater” in conjunction with our country’s 52nd Independence Day. The theatre was held on 15th August 2009 at Roundhouse, Kelvin Grove. As I was not talented enough in becoming an actress or a dancer, I decided to join Costume Crew. It was a wonderful experience as I got the opportunity to meet new friends. Even though we all were tired, I believe that all of us enjoyed and had great time during the production of the theatre. Finally, congrats to the director, actors, actresses, dancers and crews as the theatre was successfully presented!
