On the 15th of December 2011, I officially ended my chapter as an undergraduate from QUT/IPGKBA and will be beginning a new journey of life as a teacher in primary school. It was the day that I looked forward to since the first day I stepped into tertiary education. It was the day my parents watched with pride and joy as their youngest daughter graduates (i’m sure that my late abah was watching me from there too). It was the day we all put on the honorable robes and mortarboards while sitting with beautiful smiles in neat rows and with the feeling of achievement we made our way up the stage to receive our degree from the Chancellor. It had been a very interesting, enlightening and rewarding experience to return to Brisbane for the graduation day and the piece of completion of course certificate that hereby conferred me my TESL degree. Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful that after 5 years of hardwork, I’m glad that we had all made it and were able to graduate together. Congratulations my dear friends!
To Abah, I’m sure you’ll be the happiest person and must be very proud of me. To Mama, thank very much for all your love, support, doa and for always have faith in me. Without you, I may not be able to achieve this stage. To my sisters, mr.KA, lecturers, family and friends, thanks you very much too. Only Allah can pay back all your good deeds for me. Thank you everyone.
